I’ll start by saying our sales person was great. She made my daughter’s first car buying experience a pleasure. She earned a 5 star. However, the finance department was uninformative and pulled a shady deal. Our initial paperwork at the sales person’s desk showed a low interest rate and 60 month financing, not bad. Once we were moved to the finance guy, things changed to a higher rate and 72 month term. This was never disclosed as it should have been. Additionally, I didn’t question the monthly payment because it was right in line with calculations on the lower rate at 60 months. We had already spent 5 hours there and we were ready to get the xxxx out of there. This should have never passed my smell test but as I said the numbers added up so I didn’t question the rate and term. It wasn’t until paperwork was signed that I was told of the change and only after I asked to make sure it was in line with the original paperwork. My daughter loved the car so I wasn’t going to ruin her experience by going off on the guy. All I can say is it was a shady deal. I would not do business with any ALM dealership again. Car dealerships are bottom feeders and most deserve the shady reputation they earn. Only reason this is not a zero star is because of our excellent sales person.

I got awesome service and care from the people who handled it all. Their sales reps were easygoing and showed me every single option available without pushing me at all.

This was the ABSOLUTE worse experience ever. I went to their dealership yesterday because over the phone they told me they would BEAT any written offer. I left work to go to their dealership. I showed them the written offer from an opposing dealership only to be told they couldn't match it. They said theirs would only 20-25 more per month if I went with them. This car is for my daughter who is a single mom of twins. $25 is a lot of money per month. The sad thing is I showed them the price before I drove up there and they said they could beat it. This dealership in known for being shady. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. Drive to Atlanta if you want to buy a Hyundai. They had a much better price and a lower interest rate for my daughter. When I left I went in to speak to the sales manager to say I was disappointed that they lied to me. I told him I would write this review. He said, who do you work for. I will do the same to you. WHY THREATEN ME when you dealership lied. Very disappointed!!!
